ORipa MSN Webcam Recorder is a tool for recording video from video chats. The application sits in the background and can record the video streams of MSN video chats. It supports pretty much all versions of MSN Messenger, even the newest Live! Messenger. Recording a video is seemingly easy as well. All you have to do is click on the record button while you are into a video chat. The application comes with a bunch of settings preloaded so that you can start recording as soon as you finish installing it.
ORipa MSN Webcam Recorder can record videos in 5 different formats. Perhaps the best choice is the default one: DivX video. You can change the resolution and the frames per second of the video, but it is often best to leave those settings untouched, since MSN Messenger camera feeds are of that size. The sound settings can also be tweaked a bit, but, again, the default settings work.
You can download this and try it for free. However, there are some limitations. For example, you can only record up to a minute of video, and the video will have a watermark. Buying the application will remove those limitations, but set you back a few dollars.
